What Flyvoro provides

Flyvoro prepares a proposed flight itinerary based on publicly available flight-search information or details entered by the traveller. It is a planning document only.

What Flyvoro does not provide

Flyvoro does not make a flight reservation, issue a ticket, guarantee a fare, or represent an airline, embassy, or visa authority. Check the requirements of the authority receiving your application before use.

Payments and downloads

A paid document unlocks the clean PDF for the itinerary selected at checkout. It remains available in My Documents for repeated downloads for 15 days from payment, after which access expires. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Fees are for document generation and are not a payment to an airline.

AI-assisted content

Cover-letter drafts may be generated with artificial intelligence from the facts you provide. Generated text can contain mistakes or unsuitable wording. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming every statement before submitting it to any authority.

Refunds

Technical problems with a paid document are handled under our Refund Policy. Contact support promptly if payment succeeds but the document cannot be accessed.

Your responsibility

You must check every name, passport number, route, date, and flight detail before using a document. Do not present an itinerary as a ticket or confirmed reservation.
