Information used to create your document
Your traveller name, passport number, itinerary details and cover-letter information are stored securely with your signed-in account so you can reopen a paid document. Paid document data remains available for 15 days after payment and is not sent with flight-search requests.
Account and payment information
We use your email address to sign you in and associate a completed purchase with your account. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Flyvoro.
Flight-search information
We send your chosen airports, dates, traveller count, and cabin preference to retrieve public flight options. This information helps return search results.
Cover-letter generation
If you choose the Visa Document Pack, the information you enter for the cover letter is sent securely to our AI service provider to generate the requested draft. Do not enter information that is unnecessary for your visa letter. You must review and correct the generated text before use.
Service providers
We use service providers for authentication and database hosting, payment processing, AI text generation, website hosting, and flight-search data. They process information only as needed to provide these functions and may process data outside Thailand subject to their security and privacy terms.
Keeping information safe
Access to paid documents is tied to your signed-in account. After the 15-day access period, detailed document data is scheduled for deletion. Transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Please keep your email account secure and avoid sharing downloaded documents publicly.
